This media is useful for enhancing the mobility of ADP1, which moves across the plate by "twitching".

After pouring your gel, let it set overnight at room temperature. The next day, spot with 1uL of your overnight-grown culture, leave the plate to dry for 15 minutes at room temperature, wrap in Parafilm, invert, and incubate at 30°C. You should see spreading over the next 24 hours.
