   * [[ProcedureDNASequencing][this page on DNA sequencing]] needs to be updated and be made more for the general public than to the lab
   * General guide for sorting bacteria. This information is not widely available and I had to consult r/flowcytometry to find out. (Tyler)
      * Things like performing a dilution vs eps calibration curve to avoid swarming, sample prep, etc.
   * Updating fluctuation test page to include better tools for calculating mutation rate (mlemur). (Tyler)
   * Add a page for purifying and storing HMW DNA (Isaac)
   * Update PCR protocol to emphasize not adding too much template (ex: miniprep). 
      * Ideally, also include a calculation of how many cycles are needed.
   * <del>Do we have a page describing how to measure transformation efficiency and frequency - and what they should be for normal comp cells?</del>
   * <del>Add a page with standard plate reader settings for different fluorophores (with citations)</del>
      * Also explain setting the gain!
