   * General guide for sorting bacteria. This information is not widely available and I had to consult r/flowcytometry to find out. (Tyler)
      * Things like performing a dilution vs eps calibration curve to avoid swarming, sample prep, etc.
   * Updating fluctuation test page to include better tools for calculating mutation rate (mlemur). (Tyler)
   * Add a page for purifying and storing HMW DNA (Isaac)
   * Update PCR protocol to emphasize not adding too much template (ex: miniprep). 
      * Ideally, also include a calculation of how many cycles are needed.
   * Do we have a page describing how to measure transformation efficiency and frequency - and what they should be for normal comp cells?
   * Add a page with standard plate reader settings for different fluorophores (with citations)
      * Also explain setting the gain!
   * Add a page describing tools for plotting and fitting growth curves
   * [[ProtocolsStandardPCR][Standard PCR]] – add troubleshooting information here?
   * Page with books/resources for students joining the lab? (Lucio)
   * Similar page for those wanting to prepare for iGEM participation – I'm getting questions about what new synthetic biologists should read...

   * Link all the golden gate materials (and work on general GGA materials)
