---++ Stab Agar

Making agar stabs for storage and transport of bacterial strains.

| 10 g | Tryptone |
| 5 g | Yeast extract |
| 10 g | Sodium chloride |
| 6 g | Agar |

Autoclave.  Transfer to cryovials before media cools.  Can store the vials at 4 C for a few months.
