This page is meant to include instructions on how to clone dcamp, and how to gain permission to push back to the repository. obviously a work in progress ... if you need this, contact Dan ---+++Temporary DCAMP cloning instructions. *NOTE THIS WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO PUSH CHANGES BACK TO THE REPOSITORY* 1 =cd <location_of_choice= 1 =hg clone= http://www.barricklab.org/hg/dcamp/ 1 from here you should be able to navigate into the new =dcamp/src/data= directory and find the project folders containing .gd files for relevant samples 1 For Barrick lab members copying .gd files into a "01_Data" directory (likely on scratch) should allow =gdtools download= to directly download and expand relevant fastq files. -- Main.DanielDeatherage - 30 Mar 2016
